北京大学医学部血管健康研究中心--北京大学医学部科学研究处

中心成立于2019年,其前身为2006年1月14日由中国初级卫生保健基金会和北京大学医学部联合成立的“全国社区疾病防治中心”之一—血管疾病防治中心,并于2016年1月21日落户中关村生命科学园。传统的学科分类已不能综合评估患者全身血管,中心联合北医各医院,进行学科整合,统一围绕血管健康研究。中心依托北医,挂靠医院,高新科技园支持转化,以血管健康综合评估、预防、诊疗和康复为特色的全生命周期管理的临床研究中心。

【研究领域及方向】

  1.建立血管病风险预测血管健康管理平台:建立疾病风险预测模型,构建心脏和血管病远程管理模式,全方位、多视角为患者提供健康管理服务。

  2.人工智能辅助心脑血管疾病三级诊疗:依托国家重点研发计划项目,构建装备网络共享中心和智能服务数据平台,开展新型心脑血管疾病诊疗服务模式的示范应用、评价、完善与推广。

  3.中国血管健康综合评估系统应用推广-中国心脏和血管健康促进计划(since 2004):更新血管健康综合评估系统指南,推广北京血管健康分级法,推广全身血管医学理念,组织召开血管医学专业领域大会。

  4.血管医学交叉学科基础和临床研究:免疫、高血压血管等临床研究,血管生物力学、动脉粥样硬化分子机制等基础研究。

中心拥有血管病变早期检测仪器、心脏和血管超声、数字减影血管造影X线机1台、超低温冰箱、生物标志物测定仪、无创内皮功能检测仪、便携式睡眠功能监测设备、体外反博系统、直立倾斜试验检测仪器、离心机以及中心实验室等相关设备。中心已配置齐全各项血管健康评估技术设备,可以与北医各附属医院以及基础、工科等学科开展广泛深入的科研合作,提供技术服务。

中心咨询机构专家包括高润霖院士(阜外心血管病医院)、董尔丹院士(北京大学医学部)等。学术委员会涵盖了血管医学、心血管内科、神经科学、风湿免疫、外周血管、内分泌代谢、中医学、影像学、超声医学、基础医学、康复医学、护理学等多个医学学科领域专家,以及公共卫生、临床研究专家,在研究方案设计以及大数据分析方面有丰富经验。中心各专业专家均以血管为基础,将人的血管树作为整体,研究发生在心、脑、肾、外周、肺、肠道等器官和系统的疾病,包括疾病的早期发现、干预及康复等方面。

【近年来的重要科研成果及贡献】

中心2019年开展国内外首个针对血管内皮功能干预的多中心临床研究;2006年制定发布了首部血管检测领域的指南(2011年更新第二版,2018年更新第三次报告)-中国血管健康评估系统应用指南(2018第三次报告);2015年提出新的血管健康分级标准(北京血管健康分级法,Beijing Vascular Health Stratification ,BVHS));2019年获得两项软件著作权:血管健康分级标准系统[简称:BVHS,证书号:软著登字第4097110号],心脏和血管健康综合管理系统[简称:IMSHVH,证书号:软著登字第4096616号]。2017年国家重点研发计划“高可信强智能的心脑血管疾病诊疗服务模式解决方案”获批,将突破心脑血管疾病的传统诊疗模式、建设协同诊疗公共平台、并开展基于新型三级诊疗服务模式的示范应用。

  Vascular Health Research Center of Peking University Health Science Center (VHRC-PKUHSC)

【OVERVIEW OF THE INSTITUTION】

The center was founded on May 20, 2019, formerly known as the Center for Vascular Disease Prevention and Control, which was jointly established by the China Primary Health Care Foundation and Peking University Health Science Center. It was settled in Zhongguancun Life Science Park on January 21, 2016. The traditional subject classification has been unable to comprehensively evaluate the whole blood vessels. Therefore, the center combines with the hospitals of Peking University Health Science Center, carries on the discipline integration, and does research around the vascular health. The center relies on Peking University Health Science Center and is attached to the hospital, and High-tech Park supports the transformation of the Center. The center is a clinical research center for life cycle management characterized by comprehensive vascular health assessment, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation.

【 KEY RESEARCH AREAS】

To establish a vascular health management platform for vascular disease risk prediction

Establish disease risk prediction model, build heart and vascular disease remote management model, omni-directional, multi-perspective to provide health management services for patients.

Artificial Intelligence assisted diagnosis and treatment of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases

Relying on the national key R & D projects, build equipment network sharing center and intelligent service data platform, carry out the demonstration application, evaluation, improvement and promotion of the new cardio-cerebrovascular disease diagnosis and treatment service model.

Application and Promotion of Chinese Vascular Health Comprehensive Assessment system-China Heart and Vascular Health Promotion Program (since 2004)

Update the guidelines for the comprehensive assessment system of vascular health, promote the Beijing vascular health stratification, promote the concept of systemic vascular medicine, set up vascular medicine courses, and organize conferences in the professional field of vascular medicine.

Basic and Clinical Research on Interdisciplinary of Vascular Medicine

Immunity, hypertension and other clinical research, vascular biomechanics, atherosclerosis molecular mechanism and other basic research.

【ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES, INFRASTRUCTURES AND AWARDS UNDER THE INSTITUTION】

The center has the early detection instruments for vascular lesions, the cardiac and vascular ultrasound, the digital subtraction angiography X-ray machines, the ultra-hypothermic refrigerators, biomarker detectors, non-invasive endothelial function detectors, portable sleep function monitoring equipment and in vitro anti-blogging systems. Vertical tilt test testing instruments, centrifuges and central laboratory and other related equipment. The center has been equipped with a full range of vascular health assessment technology and equipment, and can carry out extensive and in-depth scientific research cooperation with various hospitals as well as basic and engineering disciplines to provide technical services.

Experts in the center include Academician Gao Runlin (Fuwai Cardiovascular Hospital) and Academician Dong Erdan (Peking University Health Science Center). The academic Committee covers experts in many medical disciplines, such as vascular medicine, cardiovascular medicine, neuroscience, rheumatic immunity, peripheral blood vessels, endocrine metabolism, traditional Chinese medicine, imaging, ultrasound medicine, basic medicine, rehabilitation medicine and nursing. There are also experts of public health and clinical research, who are of rich experience in research program design and big data analysis. The professional experts of the center take the vascular tree as a whole to study the diseases of heart, brain, kidney, periphery, lung, intestine and other organs and systems, including the early detection, intervention and rehabilitation of the disease.

The center conducted the first multicenter clinical study on vascular endothelial function intervention in 2019. The first guideline in the field of vascular testing was developed and issued in 2006 (second edition updated in 2011 and third report updated in 2018)-Guideline for the Application of Vascular Health Assessment system in China (2018 third report); New Vascular Health grading Standard proposed in 2015 (Beijing Vascular Health Stratification, BVHS); In 2019, we were awarded two software copyrights: Vascular Health Stratification [abbreviated: BVHS, Certificate No: 4097110], and Integrated Management System of Heart and Vascular Health [abbreviated as IMSHVH, Certificate No. 4096616]. In 2017, the National key R & D Program "High credibility and strong Intelligence Service Model for diagnosis and treatment of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases" was approved. It will break through the traditional diagnosis and treatment mode of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, build a public platform for collaborative diagnosis and treatment, and carry out the demonstration application based on the new three-level diagnosis and treatment service model.
